About

CapitalView Investment Partners, L.P. (“CapitalView”) is a lower middle market private investment firm based in Bethesda, MD – just outside our nation’s capital of Washington, D.C. We seek to provide solutions-based, flexible capital to companies experiencing complex business and operational challenges or other special situations.

PARTNERSHIP

We seek to partner with companies in the United States and Canada that have attractive franchise value, but are facing special situations, which require a creative, flexible capital solution to reposition the business for growth.

FLEXIBILITY

We seek to invest throughout the capital structure in debt and equity securities across a variety of industries by providing tailored capital solutions that address the specific dynamics of each situation.

VALUE CREATION

Through close collaboration with management and proper alignment of incentives, the CapitalView team intends to leverage its financial, operational, and strategic resources to support portfolio companies and foster long-term, sustainable value creation.

The Falcon is the solar emblem for success and rising above a situation. It carries with it a message of transition and change.
The Falcon represents visionary power, wisdom, and guardianship.
It speaks of a higher, more perceptive vision, calling on us to calculate, strategize, and focus, while using more than just our immediate knowledge and surroundings, to achieve our goals.

Our extensive experience both as lenders to, and owners of, businesses equips us with a unique perspective when investing capital in complex situations and enables us to identify and execute asymmetric risk/reward investment opportunities regardless of placement in the capital structure.
